Coastal Flavours to Savour. This September, The Celtic Collection’s first ever Restaurant Week (Friday 12th to Friday 19th 2025) puts Pembrokeshire firmly on the culinary map, with three outstanding restaurants leading the way.
At Tŷ Milford Waterfront, fresh seafood and locally inspired dishes shine at Dulse. At St Brides Spa Hotel, guests can dine with breathtaking views at the 2AA Rosette Cliff Restaurant (£35 for two courses). At Twr Y Felin Hotel, the 3AA Rosette Blas Restaurant offers inventive dishes plated with artistry and flair (£35 for two courses).
While Pembrokeshire is home to some of the standout experiences of the week, the wider line-up also includes renowned restaurants across Newport and Cardiff, with each venue showcasing the best of Welsh produce and creativity.
